From Post Office to Art Center

This panel exhibition, featuring historical photographs, outlines the transformation of a federal post office to Nashville's premier art exhibition center.

Architectural historian Christine Kreyling guest curated this exhibition with Frist Art Museum staff.

To learn more about the art deco landmark that houses the Frist Art Museum, please see our page about the building, and then participate in one of our architecture tours (with ASL interpreters available on first Saturdays).
